We specialise as just wills experts and Expat Wills does not carry out any other business activity. Unlike many companies offering Will services in the region we prepare just Wills only and we certainly do not offer financial services.

To avoid any possible conflict of interests or pressure from overzealous financial services sales people Expat Wills has a policy to limit our services to the following Will related activities which do not include just Wills.

Providing specials advice relating to inheritance matters.
Tax advice related to Inheritance or death taxes only.
Specialist advice relating to the formation of offshore companies to protect real property for the possible application of Sharia law.
Expat advice specifically related to setting up and administration of Trusts to reduce tax prior to death or to manage the distribution of client's estates after death.
Drafting Wills based on our client's requirements and Expat Wills specialist advice.
Secure Will storage including free Will updates.

Although Expat Wills does not provide financial or company formation services being a just Wills provider, we can offer clients a list of such companies that have a track record in the region for delivering a high quality service.

Expat Wills does not draft any Wills; instead we only act as an agent to facilitate, organise and arrange Wills through a network of third party Solicitors / professional Will Writers around the World.
